If your not home at the time of delivery,Aus post will leave your parcel in a safe place,if unable to leave in a safe place a card will be left for you to collect you parcel from your local post office.  

We do everything to make sure your order is delivered in a timely manner.

If your package goes missing, stolen or delivered to the wrong address we are not liable once your order leaves our premises Please follow up with Australia Post for Compensation.
