Each item is made to your custom order so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchange for change of mind.Please take careful consideration when choosing or desiging your cups.

If your cups has been used or broken after delivery we cannot refund or remake your cup unless another one is purchased.We highly suggest you choose carefully when choosing a cup have a think about what suits your enviroment best also goes for the childrens snowglobe bottles,if your child can't hold or take care of the bottle it can break and we can not replace the bottle unless a new bottle is purchased.
